Christopher is an experienced project manager, having spent more than half of his career as an analyst or project manager. The projects he was involved with spanned the entire funds business including development of a new transfer agency system, migration of funds to/from Guernsey, regulatory & tax (AIFMD, MiFID II, FATCA, CRS & EUSD), fund launches/closures, remediation and operational processes.
From 2006 to 2008 Christopher managed a projects team of three analysts and was responsible for a portfolio of projects including remediation of financial intermediaries, pre-migration sub-projects and was deputy to the Project Director for the migration of a large Guernsey “A” Scheme to become a Luxembourg UCITS SICAV. More recently, prior to establishing Midshore, he was AIFMD project manager, worked within various streams of FATCA, UK FATCA & CRS projects and was a key member of the Remuneration & Distribution stream of a MiFID II project.
Whilst Christopher has the experience to manage any project (or programme), in recent years he has specialised in turning new regulations into operational business processes. He has also worked on many cross-border fund migrations and mergers including such jurisdictions as Guernsey, Jersey, Ireland, the UK, Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands.
